🕒 Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
For products shipped to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia, the return and refund period is 180 days. See the product page for details.
✅ Accepted Reasons for Return
We accept return or exchange requests for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or regret after receiving the product.

  • Product defects or damages not caused by improper use.

  • Incorrect item received that does not match the order.

We accept returns even if the product has been opened or used, provided that the item is returned in reasonable condition and within the 30-day window.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return. This includes:

  • Returns due to defective or damaged items.

  • Returns for exchange or change of mind.

Please note: A return label is included in your original package to make the process as smooth as possible.
🔄 Product Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products, subject to availability. If you wish to receive another product in place of the original, please contact our support team. You can use the same return label included in your package to send the item back.

When reaching out, make sure to include the following information:

  • The order number associated with the item

This helps us locate your purchase and speed up the process.
💳 Refund Methods and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send a replacement product within 6 business days.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method:

  • For credit card purchases: Refund to your card

  • For orders paid via PIX (Brazil only): Refund via PIX transfer

⚠️ We do not issue store credits or discount vouchers as a refund method.
